To repair the lock, we need you to disassemble the cylinder and send it to our headquarters.
Ideally you should also attach the key so that we can manipulate and check the operation of the cylinder, at the same time our technicians can also check the wear of the key to avoid damaging the cylinder.
If it is not possible to send the key, we would at least need some photos of the key.
