However, if the lock has been stolen, severely forced, or cannot be repaired, the best option is to replace it with a new one. You can bring your vehicle, the original lock, or, in some cases, the key code (found in the vehicle manual). In some instances, we can also make a new lock from the key or even from a photo.

It will depend on whether we can replicate the original lock or need to replace it. If any car lock is replaced, we can always unify all the locks so you can continue using a single key (More information here).

It’s not essential, but it is recommended to avoid waiting and ensure faster service.
